Home whitening

Home whitening involves the use of custom-made teeth whitening trays and whitening gel. You will come into our Buckinghamshire clinic for a check-up and to be measured for your trays, and should put a little gel in them and wear them overnight for approximately two weeks – or as long as your dentist advises.

Power whitening

Power whitening takes place here at Garden View in Buckinghamshire. With this option, all you need do is sit back and relaxed whilst your dentist places protective barriers over your gums and lips, before applying the gel to your teeth. A lamp is used to activate the gel, and great results are seen in just one hour.

Whichever option you think suits you best, you will need a consultation at our Buckinghamshire clinic first. Teeth whitening should always be carried out on a healthy mouth – as with any cosmetic procedure. Otherwise, you run the risk of unwanted side effects such as sensitivity. If your dentist does find any health issues, they will treat these first.
